Mounted with a gilt presidential seal, the mount is signed by Lady Bird Johnson, Richard Nixon, Pat Nixon, Gerald Ford, Betty Ford, Jimmy Carter, Rosalynn Carter, Ronald Reagan, Nancy Reagan, George H.W. Bush, and Barbara Bush. Matted and framed. The entire piece measures 18.5 inches by 16.5 inches.
