Mills starred in the 1960 movie adaptation Pollyanna, alongside Jane Wyman, Karl Malden, and Richard Egan in a story about a cheerful orphan changing the outlook of a small town. The film won Hayley Mills an Academy Juvenile Award. In very good condition. Rare and desirable signed.
