Octavo, bound in full crushed levant morocco with gilt titles and tooling to the spine in six compartments within raised bands, gilt ruling to the front and rear panels, gilt turn-ins and inner dentelles, marbled endpapers, all edges gilt, decorated with a concealed for-edge painting of a portrait of Burns, illustrated with numerous engravings by Birket Foster, Harrison, Weir, etc. In very good condition. Rare.
