Four pages, dated March 6th 1896 and addressed to Mrs. Frederick McMonnies, the letter reads, "The sketches duly arrived and as I write Mac I am simply overpowered. I really melted with pleasure and continue to do so every time I look at them and I know the pleasure I felt on receiving them will mean more to you than any thanks, so I will not even attempt to thank you in words but if you ever want a house built for love, why, you know…

One page with the Hotel Cecil, London coat of arms, the post card is addressed to Miss Nelly Bachman in Caruso's hand and signed by him on the verso, "Enrico Caruso London 1906." Caruso has added a self-caricature beneath his inscription. In near fine condition.
