American children's book author Margaret Wise Brown was a prolific writer; her best-known works include Goodnight Moon, The Runaway Bunny and Little Pig's Picnic which she collaborated on with Walt Disney. Her Noisy Book series follows the story of a little black dog named muffin who hears all kinds of noises which are illustrated with lively drawings.
