The three speeches are: "The American Promise --Remarks of the President to a Joint Session of the Congress on March 15, 1965"; "To Fulfill These Rights--Remarks of the President at Howard University, Washington, D.C., on June 4, 1965'; and "The Doors Open--Remarks of the President at the Signing Ceremony of the Voting Rights Bill, at the Capitol, August 6, 1965."
