Boldly signed by the author using his full name “William Jefferson Clinton” and Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the title page. Bader Ginsburg was appointed to the Supreme Court in 1993 by President Clinton. Fine in a fine dust jacket. Jacket design by Carol Devine Carson. We have never seen another example signed by both Clinton and Bader Ginsburg.
