Inscribed by the author, “To Jane best wishes and….buen appetito Marcella Hazan.” The recipient is Jane Moulton, who was a food editor for The Cleveland Plain Dealer from 1967-1992. She was a member of the American Wine Society and was the editor of its journal until 2008.
