An exceptional example, first editions are rare signed.

From the Mixed-up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler won the Newbery Medal for excellence in American children's literature in 1968. Anita Silvey named Mixed-Up Files as one of the 100 Best Books for Children in 2005. The National Education Association named the book one of its "Teachers' Top 100 Books for Children." It was one of the "Top 100 Chapter Books" of all time in a 2012 poll by the School Library Journal.
