First edition of this collection of nine of Fitzgerald’s stories selected by Alan and Jennifer Ross and published posthumously. Octavo, original cloth. In very good condition.

Alan Ross states in his preface to the present collection: "F. Scott Fitzgerald, besides his novels, published four collections of short stories: Flappers and Philosophers, Tales of the Jazz Age, All the Sad Young Men, and Taps at Reveille. Many of the stories in these books hardly deserved to be reprinted; many others, out of a variety of magazine pieces he wrote, were not. I have tried in, in the present collection, to give both a fairly representative idea of Fitzgerald's different styles and to include his best work.
