Autograph letter signed by Albert Einstein. Dated 15 March 1943, on his Mercer Street, Princeton, NJ letterhead in German to New Yorker, Frau Alice K. Orlan. Translated it reads, “Dear Mrs. Orlan: I was delighted with your friendly congratulation and also especially with the new that, in spite of the difficulties of the time, you are so successful in your work. With friendly greetings and wishes Your A. Einstein.” Matted and framed with a black-and-white image of Einstein, and a brass plaque. The entire piece measures 20.5 inches by 25 inches.
