First edition of Woolf’s final collection of short stories. Octavo, original cloth with gilt titles to the spine. Near fine in a near fine dust jacket. Jacket design by Vanessa Bell.

Shortly before her death, Woolf decided to prepare a second volume of short stories which would include most of those published in 'Monday or Tuesday' (the only volume of short stories published during her lifetime) as well as some published subsequently in magazines or hitherto unpublished.
